Parte 1

— Sabe porque está na esquadra da polícia?

— Quer fazer-me algumas perguntas.

— Exatamente. E sabe porquê?

— Não sei. Deve haver algum mal-entendido.

— É tudo muito claro. Deitou abaixo uma casa. 

— Foi sem querer.

Parte 2

— Sem querer? Como é que isso é possível?

— Eu limitei-me a suspirar e caiu tudo. A casa era de palha. Eu não tenho a culpa.

— E aproveitou para cometer um crime? Sem querer?

— Não sei do que fala.

— Eu estou a falar do porco que comeu!

— Está a falar do porquinho que morava naquela casa de palha?

— Sabe muito bem que sim.

Parte 3

— Tanto alvoroço por causa de um porquinho! Muita sorte têm os outros dois que conseguiram escapar.

— Então, confessa que tinha intenção de comer também os outros.

— Como já disse, não tenho a culpa. Um lobo tem de comer. Por falar nisso, pode trazer-me uma água das pedras, por favor? Leitão às vezes não me cai muito bem.

Parte 1

“Do you know why you’re at the police station?”

“You want to ask me some questions.”

“Exactly. And do you know why?”

“I don’t know. There must be some misunderstanding.”

“It’s all very clear. You knocked down a house.”

“I didn’t mean to.”

Parte 2

“You didn’t mean to? How is that possible?”

“I just sighed, and everything fell. The house was made of straw. It’s not my fault.”

“And you took the opportunity to commit a crime? Accidentally?”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“I’m talking about the pig you ate!”

“Are you talking about the little pig who lived in that straw house?”

“You know very well I am.”

Parte 3

“All this fuss over one little pig! The other two were lucky to get away.”

“So you admit you also intended to eat the others?”

“As I said, it’s not my fault. A wolf has to eat. Speaking of which, can you get me sparkling water, please? Pork* sometimes doesn’t sit well with me.”

(*leitão: literally ‘suckling pig’)
